tuesday randomness via instagram

Sharing random photos from my phone has become a Tuesday tradition around here.  I hope you all enjoy the peek into our day to day.  There is nothing overly serious or important here, just little moments and pieces of our life captured on my instagram app.

A date with my boy.  Reid and I got to go to an amazing event held at a local restaurant and make a gingerbread house together.

We had so much fun together and I love the way it turned out!  Reid is so proud of it, but I am having quite the struggle getting him to not eat it.  He would like to put it on a plate and mow the whole thing.  What can I say?  He takes after his mama!

Brushing our teeth in front of the tv, while watching cartoons.  Yo Gabba Gabba is his favorite.  He shouts "GABY!!" when it comes on.

Grant is pretty sure if he keeps working at it he'll be able to figure out how to take the lights off of the tree by Christmas. 

Sparkly charms.  Love.

Boxes and bows.  I love packaging.  I love wrapping things up.  I always have.  When I was a kid, my brother and my dad used to pay me $2 a gift to wrap their Christmas packages. 

On Saturday I worked all day while Mark took the boys to Sea World.  When I opened up the door to the workshop these candy bars were waiting in front of my laptop.  I sent him a text that read, "Hallelujah.  Chocolate!!"  He replied and told me to open the fridge.  Double Hallelujah, he got Red Bull too!! 

A pink box sitting on our kitchen counter is a weekly tradition around here.  Mark and Grant usually get up super early on Saturday and go pick up donuts.  And coffee.  Hallelujah.  Again. 

We have an equipment rental shop in town and Grant and I usually stop by to say hi to Daddy in the morning after we take Reid to school.  Grant loves to climb all over the equipment.  If for some reason we can't go, it's a bad scene.  And it's a bad scene every time we leave too. 

I took the boys on a date one night last week when Mark was golfing.  We went to the brand new Lego store at the mall.  Reid's expressions were so priceless.  The boy is Lego obsessed. 

After the Lego store, we went for pizza and the boys got to build their new Lego's while we waited for our food.

Hand lotion in my cup holder {this weather is killing my hands!} and my rain soaked Uggs. 

A custom necklace that I was so in love with I snapped a quick photo.  I will be adding this one to the shop in the next couple of weeks.  I adore it.
