Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All of our pieces are custom made to order.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of your jewelry.  Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out via USPS priority mail.

Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: Only on certain pieces.  For an additional $23, we will create and ship your order within 72 hours via UPS 2nd day air anywhere in the continental US.  To find out which pieces can be rushed, please click on the category to the right labeled 72 hour rush.

Q: How much is shipping?  Will you notify me when my order ships? 
A: We charge a flat $7 for all orders {even if you order multiple pieces}.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification to let you know that your package is on the way.

Q: Do you ship orders internationally?  How much does it cost?
A: Yes!  We charge a flat $14 for all international orders {even if you order multiple pieces}.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification to let you know that your package is on the way.

Q: Can I order the charms a la carte?
A: Sorry, we only sell the whole enchilada.  We love that you want to add our charms to pieces you already have, but we have a firm policy of sending out only a "finished product".

Q: What if I want to add more charms to my piece down the road?
A: We would love for you to add to your piece. We ask that you send it back to us and allow us to give it a polish and add your new charm all at once.  Just email us to let us know what you will be adding and what piece you are adding it to and we will post a custom listing for you to purchase.

Q: I don't see exactly what I'm looking for.  Do you do create custom pieces?
A: Absolutely!  Please email us with your request and we will respond with a quote.  We will post a listing at the store with your last name and the words 'custom order'.  You will have 72 hours to purchase the reserved listing before it expires.

Q: I would like to purchase necklaces for my bridesmaids.  Do you give a volume discount?
A: Yes.  Please email us with the pieces you would like to purchase as well as the quantity and we will respond with a quote.  Typically, a volume discount is around 20%, but it depends on the pieces and the quantity you order.  When you are ready to place your order, we will post a special listing at the store where you can purchase your items and receive the discount.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unless your product is defective, or otherwise damaged, we do not offer returns.  Due to the custom nature of all the products in the shop, all sales are final.

Q: Will my jewelry be exactly like the photo and will all the letters be aligned in a row?
A: No, each piece we make is hand stamped and you can expect to see variations and inconsistencies.  That is the nature and the charm of hand crafted jewelry.  Your piece is one of a kind and will be like no other!

Q: What about gift wrap?
A: Every piece comes wrapped in a beautful box, tied with a ribbon.  Perfect for gift giving!  If there is more than 1 piece in your order, each box will be discreetly labeled on the bottom.

Q: What metals do you use?
A: We only use sterling silver and gold fill.  Currently, the only exception is Poppy's Keychain which is stainless steel.

Q: What is gold fill?
A: Gold filled metal is created by a process through which heat bonds a solid layer of gold over a base metal, commonly brass.

Q: How do I care for my new jewelry?
A: When you aren't wearing it, you should keep your jewelry stored in the anti tarnish pouch we send it in.  You can also occasionally polish it up with a soft polish cloth, such as the Sunshine cloths we sell in the shop.  We don't recommend wearing your jewelry in the pool or the hot tub due to the chemicals.  We also don't recommend using a jewelry cleaning solution or dip.
